About the Role
As member of the AIA Group IT, Solution Centre delivery team, provide Business Analyst skills to project delivery. The Business Analyst role is an integral contributor to the Group IT Solution Centre team, as they meet directly with Business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, to potentially any area of the business in Asia. The Business Analyst will need to be professional, able to communicate well and confidently, and be able to represent and manage the customer’s requirements through to delivery.
Meet with business stakeholders to understand new requests and communicate high-level requirements to the project delivery teams in the form of Business Requirements Document (BRD) for effort estimation.
Once a project is initiated, consult and collaborate with business teams to develop detailed business requirements based on the initial (approved) BRD. This includes creating workflows to represent the future “To-Be” process using Visio or Lucid chart.
Create business requirements documentation for projects using a well-defined hierarchy within project tools such as DevOps or Jira.
Lead meetings with business stakeholders and present requirements clearly to ensure information is easily understood and actionable.
Provide subject matter expertise on Power Platforms, UiPath, Workday, Copilot Studio and Generative AI, distinguishing between default/implicit features and customized requirements.
Create wireframe designs using Figma or Sketch and align them with business stakeholders as part of the requirements-gathering process.
Manage requirements and user stories within projects using Azure DevOps.
Engage with business stakeholders to refine requirements and secure formal sign-off.
Create UAT test plans that align with business requirements documentation.
Work with both offshore and onshore development teams to ensure that implementation and design align with business requirements.
Increase the quality of business requirements at the start of the project to ensure request are well defined for the developers & testers, enabling UAT to be completed with minimal defects and errors.
