Job Description

Provides support for advanced provider data management (PDM) architect solutioning activities. Utilizes understanding of regulatory complexities, business challenges, and organizational goals and data analytics to develop new capabilities, optimize existing solutions, and formulate business strategies. Liaises between business units to ensure roadmap and technical solutions align with business goals.

Essential Job Duties

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and business leaders to understand business objectives, gather existing requirements, and reformulate for the development of new capabilities and solutions.

  • Understands new data constructs and how they apply to provider data management (PDM).

  • Documents architectural framework for new data solutions including all inputs and processes utilizing data.

  • Leads requirements gathering sessions to create solutions that optimize accuracy and efficiency of processes.

  • Partners with information technology (IT) team in solutioning sessions to create technical process frameworks and artifacts based on business requirements.

  • Creates effective pre-deployment test plans and post-production deployment validation expectations and artifacts.

  • Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to measure performance of new solutions.

  • Optimizes change management for new capabilities and processes, minimizing process adoption friction.

  • Creates and presents key metrics, performance indicators and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of solution architecture experience, preferably in a provider services setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, project management, diagramming software, database administration, code development, and electronic file management.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Strong presentation interpersonal skills, and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong critical-thinking skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage simultaneous projects and tasks to meet internal deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel) and applicable software program(s) proficiency.

  • Strong expertise in ETL pipelines, MDM SOlutions, SQL, SSAS, Python

  • Health care industry experience
