We are currently searching for a Lead Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Lead one or more projects and workstreams.
• Structure and manage the team's work from end-to-end.
• Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.
• Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management in a hands-on capacity.
• Take ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.
• Conceptualize business problems and drive problem-solving initiatives.
• Generate insights and develop high-quality deliverables and presentations.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Up to 10 years of overall experience.
• Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.
• Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations.
• Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Strategic DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between strategic business consulting and purely operational, administrative, or technical implementation tasks.

Desired

• Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
