Job Title Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Department: Powerplant Bldg 2
Reports To Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing various maintenance functions on company aircraft performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, Mechanics, and Apprentices in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give and receive verbal and written direction to team members.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work may be performed in an Office, Hangar Floor or shop environment as well as in an Open Air Line Maintenance environmentexposed to the elements.
