As a Lead AI Software Engineer, you will drive AI engineering initiatives, guide development teams, and deliver scalable Generative AI applications that solve complex business challenges across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and platforms
• 
  Lead AI engineering initiatives and guide developers across multiple projects
• 
  Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, AI frameworks, and enterprise APIs
• 
  Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• 
  Collaborate with AI scientists and architects to operationalize AI and machine learning models
• 
  Develop AI workflows including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation systems
• 
  Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions
• 
  Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for production environments
• 
  Drive adoption of AI engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes
• 
  Evaluate and leverage emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve solution delivery
• 
  Mentor engineers and support capability building within the AI engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• 
  9–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI application development, or backend engineering
• 
  Strong hands-on experience in Python development and enterprise application design
• 
  Proven experience deploying AI solutions and services in cloud environments
• 
  Experience building and integrating Generative AI applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs
• 
  Understanding of LLM fine-tuning concepts and model customization approaches
• 
  Experience working in agile and fast-paced product or engineering environments
• 
  Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills

Technical Expertise

• 
  Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks
• 
  Experience with Generative AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent
• 
  Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG architectures, and vector databases
• 
  Understanding of LLM fine-tuning workflows and enterprise AI model deployment concepts
• 
  Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• 
  Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
• 
  Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures
• 
  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern software engineering practices
• 
  Experience using AI-assisted development tools and productivity platforms effectively

Basic Requirements

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field

  Exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, and AI engineering workflows
