WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US:

The AI Enablement team is a newly established, cross-functional team within SimCorp that builds organizational capability and accelerates AI adoption across all business functions. We partner with product teams and functional leaders to deliver AI literacy programmes, co-build sophisticated AI solutions, manage reusable component libraries, and drive value measurement across the enterprise.

As an AI Project Manager, you will be a key member of SimCorp's newly established AI Enablement team. You will work in close collaboration with the functions where you will be responsible for managing use-case management, realising business impact and ensuring AI initiatives are well-governed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Facilitate AI use-case pipeline management across functions: support identification, scoping, and structured prioritization of AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
  • Manage and document use-case intake and assessment processes, applying standardized evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent and transparent prioritization.
  • Own and maintain the enterprise AI value reporting framework, consolidating adoption metrics, business outcomes, and ROI tracking across all functions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between the AI Enablement team, product teams, and business functions.
  • Support process optimization efforts – e.g., identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and recommending AI-enabled improvements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for AI value reporting, preparing regular updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive change management and transformation activities related to AI initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.

WHAT WE VALUE:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, programme management, or business analysis, within a technology or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and engage stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Comfortable with AI concepts and the practical application of AI tools in a business context; prior experience in an AI or digital transformation programme.
  • Solid structured approach with experience designing or working with value measurement and reporting frameworks.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Experience in change/transformation management.
  • Structured, process-oriented thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in project management tooling and reporting tools.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services or investment management industry is beneficial.
