What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications using TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs to support various integrations and data flows.
- Utilize OpenAI technologies to create intelligent solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI applications, particularly using OpenAI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
