Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade GenAI chatbot solutions using OpenAI / Azure OpenAI.
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for banking use cases.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask preferred).
• Build and deploy serverless solutions using Azure Function Apps.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using Azure SQL.
• Develop and integrate responsive UI components using Angular.
• Create and consume REST APIs within microservices-based architecture.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and handle direct client interactions.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable AI-driven technical solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and cost optimization of AI workloads.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Azure Function Apps
  • Python
  • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
  • RAG-based architecture
  • Azure SQL
  • Angular
• Proven experience building production-grade AI chatbots.
• Prior experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Experience in API development and microservices architecture.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
