Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Lead Agent/Supervisor - Air Export as below:

• Assist Department Head to ensure that Export Operations in full compliance with the OPS procedure and achieve the corporate goal DE (District Excellence) and security management.
• Perform customer service & gain relations with vendors and terminals
• Follow procedure and productivity Standard Adherence
• Operation handling, Process files, handle accurate & timely billing.
• Assist Manager with department issues though reports of A/R, AJAX, IO, MRM…
• Assist Branch sales efforts to develop business relationships, maintain current business (CRM) and explore potential business opportunities to meet the budgetary guidelines
• Take the lead role to monitor the team in performing the assigned job smoothly
• Assist the Supervisor/ Manager to follow up and ensure all team members meet training courses/ requirements
• Assist Supervisor/Manager with File Audit & Management reports
• Attend training classes and self – development
• Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Qualifications

• Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels, have knowledge in Foreign Trade; preferably with shipping, distribution experiences;
