Corporate Communications & External Affairs (CCEA) partners across the Chick-fil-A organization to execute effective, compelling communications that build culture, drive change and enhance the reputation of the company. The team delivers strategic messages across a variety of social, digital, video and event platforms to inspire and engage our internal and external audiences.
Specifically, this individual will be a member of the Staff Communications team within CCEA. The role will focus on consulting and collaborating with a set of business leaders within Chick-fil-A to create and execute communications strategies in support of Chick-fil-A Inc., Staff.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with project owners to introduce new programs to Staff; creative storytelling to build understanding and trust; and sharing business strategy and vision with internal audiences. This role directly supports communication strategy and execution for Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s Digital Transformation Technology (DTT), Legal, and Marketing/Innovation departments. This role also supports the Campus Operations team which leads operations across three U.S. office locations. In addition to supporting these departments, this role will also serve as the Staff Communications liaison for integrated work done in partnership with the CCEA Channels team who leads strategy for internal communications channels.
To be successful in this role, the communicator must be resourceful, collaborative, able to quickly learn the business and think and act with a sense of urgency.
