Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Location: Mysuru

Active Directory Services

• Lead administration and support of enterprise Active Directory environments across multiple domains and sites.
• Manage Domain Controllers, FSMO roles, Sites and Services, Trust Relationships, and Replication topology.
• Perform AD health assessments and remediation activities.
• Design and implement AD security best practices and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and directory service issues.

Group Policy Management

• Design and implement enterprise GPO standards.
• Manage security baselines, software deployment policies, and user configuration policies.
• Troubleshoot policy application, login performance, and configuration issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security requirements.

DNS & DHCP Services

• Manage enterprise DNS infrastructure supporting business-critical applications.
• Configure and maintain Conditional Forwarders, Stub Zones, Delegation, and DNS security configurations.
• Administer DHCP scopes, failover configurations, reservations, and IP address management.
• Troubleshoot name resolution and network service issues.

Windows Server Administration

• Manage Windows Server environments including Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025.
• Perform server lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Configure and manage high-availability solutions and server roles.
• Lead server modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Identity & Access Management

• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and hybrid identity solutions.
• Manage privileged access, service accounts, delegated administration, and authentication services.
• Ensure adherence to identity governance and security controls.

Security & Compliance

• Implement security hardening standards across Windows infrastructure.
• Support vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance activities.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
• Collaborate with SOC and cybersecurity teams on identity-related controls.

Incident & Problem Management

• Act as SME for major incidents involving Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure.
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Review recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
