Job Summary

HCLTech is seeking dynamic and experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultants to join our esteemed Global USM Consulting Practice team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with a diverse, global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ITSM Transition, Transformation, and Maturity Assessment projects.
• Provide expert consulting on ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and implement ITSM strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive ITSM assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ITSM initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on ITSM processes and tools.

Skill Requirements

• Candidates with exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels are preferred.
• Proven experience in ITSM Transition, Transformation, and Maturity Assessment projects.
• Experience working in a global environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
• Must have ITIL 4 foundation and Intermediate, CSA, and CIS ITSM certifications.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Exposure and awareness of frameworks like IT4IT, SIAM, Agile and lean.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in developing ITSM documentation, including process flows, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in ITSM.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
