Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for providing L2/L3 production support for a complex Regulatory Reporting platform supporting business-critical applications. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory reporting applications, ensuring high availability, operational stability, incident resolution, business continuity, and compliance with reporting obligations. The role requires strong expertise in UNIX/Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, Autosys, and application monitoring tools, with the ability to troubleshoot critical production issues, perform root cause analysis, manage releases and patching activities, and collaborate closely with business and development teams to drive continuous service improvement and support the growing regulatory reporting landscape.

Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise regulatory reporting applications across global regions, ensuring system stability, availability, and timely issue resolution. Serve as the SME for critical reporting platforms, leading incident and problem management, release support, monitoring, disaster recovery testing, and continuous operational improvements while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to meet evolving regulatory requirements

Primary Skill

Informatica - Strong expertise in Informatica ETL development, data integration, workflow management, and production support. Experience in managing critical data processing workloads and ensuring reliable data delivery across enterprise systems.

Required Skills

Bladelogic - Hands-on experience with BMC BladeLogic for application deployment, server automation, patch management, and operational support across Windows and Linux environments.

Oracle SQL / PL/SQL - Proficient in Oracle database development, complex SQL queries, PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and supporting database-driven applications.

Experience supporting production applications across .NET, Windows, Linux, Autosys, and database platforms (Oracle/SQL Server). Strong background in incident, problem, change, and request management using Remedy ITSM, with proven skills in root cause analysis, issue triage, stakeholder communication, teamwork, and working effectively under pressure.

Exposure to Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Dynatrace, and ITRS Geneos monitoring tools. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, application lifecycle management, and infrastructure-related projects will be advantageous for enhancing operational efficiency and monitoring capabilities.

Mandatory Skills: Linux Admin .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
