Lead Account Representative (Lead FX Dealer)

We’re hiring a Lead Account representative to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier Enterprise and Mid-Market clients by delivering outstanding service, insights, and value. This is a role for someone with 6+ years of FX and payments sales or account management experience, ready to apply their knowledge and insights to make a tangible impact on client success.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value
• Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management
• Help drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development tea
• Help guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practise

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years’ sales and/or account management experience in FX and cross border payments
• Proven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships
• Demonstrated success in selling complex hedge and payments solutions
• Pro-active in finding new relationships and opportunities
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Below are preferred qualifications, but not required:

• Familiarity with FX derivatives
• Understanding of credit management framework
• Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements
