Job Description

TEKsystems Netherlands is looking for a Divisional Lead 1 (DL1) to lead and grow our Application Modernisation (AppMod) division.

This is a first-line sales leadership role with real scale and impact — combining people leadership, strategic account ownership, and division-level accountability. You’ll lead a team of four Account Managers, own one of our largest Retail & Manufacturing accounts, and play a key role in driving performance and growth across the division.

You’ll also sit on the Netherlands Leadership Team, partnering closely with senior sales, talent and delivery leaders to achieve country goals.

Qualifications

🔹 What we’re looking for

  • Proven, consistent sales performance aligned to TEKsystems standards
  • Ready to formally lead a sales team (2–4 people)
  • Strong coaching mindset with experience developing Account Managers
  • Background managing large, complex or strategic accounts
  • Commercially sharp, able to operate at account, division and country level
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally
  • SDP Level 4/5 completed or near completion

Responsibilities

🔹 What you’ll do

People & performance leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop 4 Account Managers in line with TEKsystems Sales Standards
  • Drive strong activity levels, quality inputs and sales performance
  • Build team capability through structured coaching and account planning
  • Hold the team accountable for results, execution and behaviours

Account & division ownership

  • Own and grow a strategic Retail & Manufacturing account
  • Act as the driving force behind the Application Modernisation division
  • Build healthy pipeline, activity and revenue across the division
  • Contribute directly to Netherlands country targets
  • Play an active role in the Redzone, driving urgency and focus

Collaboration & leadership

  • Be a core member of the Netherlands Leadership Team
  • Partner closely with the Talent Specialist Lead (TSL) on demand and delivery alignment
  • Collaborate with the Account Director on account strategy and execution
  • Work with TGS practices and Global Delivery to align solutions and outcomes
