Communicate with Consultant team, Project Management Team and Client Stakeholders on project objectives, timelines, and status updates.

Implement workflows utilizing analytics for outside counsel and corporate clients, including TAR/CAL/AI Models, email threading, near deduplication, concept searching, clustering, and other analytic tools and methods.

Perform ECA analysis in proprietary UnitedLex ECA platform and other hosted environments, including, but not limited to, Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw.

Review, test, and refine complex search term requests, with important focus on correct syntax and identification of poorly performing terms that drive false positive hit counts.

Assist and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on delivering defensible data reduction, cost effective review strategies, and the rapid identification of key communications (‘Hot Docs’) which are crucial to matter understanding and resolution.

Collaborate with Analytics Consultants on Best Practices and Process Improvement.

• Law Graduate having experience in handling document review projects.
• Tech savvy, with strong knowledge of relevant industry platforms and tools.
• Possesses superior communication, decision-making, analytical skills and critical thinking skills to solve problems and proactively communicate potentials roadblocks to project success with all levels of internal and external organization.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Team player with proven ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
• Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of ediscovery/litigation support experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Relativity experience is required.
• ECA, Culling of data and Database Setup as per client proctocol.
• Able to create Search Term Report, dtsearches, field, choices, layout etc.
• Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw experience preferred.
• Analytics and TAR/CAL experience required.
• Relativity Certified Administrator, or ability to earn RCA within 2 years.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under high pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong experience utilizing MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of DTSearch, Elastic or other search engines.
• Prior experience providing analytics, ECA or TAR consulting is preferred, but not required
