Le partenaire d'affaires P&O (RH) est un partenaire stratégique et pratique pour la direction des opérations, soutenant un environnement opérationnel en évolution rapide sur les sites du Québec et de l’Ontario. Ce rôle gère le cycle de vie complet des employés – de l’intégration jusqu'au départ – pour assurer une expérience d’emploi fluide et positive. Le (POBP) agit en tant que conseiller et ressource de confiance pour les employés et la direction, soutenant les relations avec les employés, l’engagement, la rétention, la gestion des talents et du rendement, la conformité et l’acquisition de talents. Fonctions et Responsabilités:
Supervise l’ensemble du cycle de vie de l’employé, de l’intégration au départ, en assurant une expérience d’emploi fluide à chaque étape, y compris mais sans s’y limiter:
Études et Expérience:
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
• Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste de généraliste/partenaire des Ressources humaines.
• Le titre RH est un atout
• Connaissance et compréhension des lois et règlements sur le travail et l’emploi.
• Maîtrise avérée de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint) et du SIRH (SuccessFactors, ADP ou similaire)
Aptitudes & Compétences:
Exigences physiques: Le poste nécessite de longues périodes passées à travailler sur un ordinateur, à examiner des rapports, à tenir des réunions virtuelles et à conserver les données des employés dans les systèmes RH. Le rôle implique également de se tenir debout, de marcher et de se déplacer régulièrement entre les salles de conférence et les bureaux lors des réunions, des discussions avec les employés et des sessions de formation. Une communication fréquente par téléphone, une visioconférence et des conversations en personne sont nécessaires. L’employé doit être en mesure de se rendre périodiquement dans d’autres lieux de l’entreprise, ce qui peut inclure des déplacements en automobile ou par avion commercial, et il peut occasionnellement soulever ou transporter du matériel tel que des dossiers, un ordinateur portable ou du matériel de formation jusqu’à environ 15–20 livres.
Milieu de travail: Le partenaire d'affaires P&O (RH) travaille principalement dans un bureau professionnel ou un environnement de bureau à distance soutenant la direction et les employés sur plusieurs sites. Le poste nécessite des déplacements périodiques vers les bureaux de l’entreprise pour des réunions, des questions de relations avec les employés, des sessions de formation et des initiatives commerciales, y compris des voyages en voiture et occasionnellement par avion. L’environnement de travail est rapide et axé sur les délais, nécessitant des interactions fréquentes avec les employés et les dirigeants et la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et situations sensibles. Les heures de travail peuvent parfois dépasser les heures normales de bureau pour répondre à des besoins opérationnels, des questions urgentes en matière de relations avec les employés ou des initiatives organisationnelles critiques.

The P&O (HR) Business Partner is a strategic and hands-on partner to operations leadership, supporting a fast-paced operational environment to sites in Quebec and Ontario. This role manages the full employee life-cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – to ensure a seamless and positive employment experience. The POBP acts as a trusted advisor and resource to both employees and management, supporting employee relations, engagement, retention, talent and performance management, compliance, and talent acquisition. The position promotes a high-performance culture and fosters a positive, respective workplace while providing practical guidance to leaders and a visible, approachable resource for employes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
• Proficient in both French and English
• Minimum five years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist/partner position.
• HR designation an asset
• Knowledge and understanding of labour and employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and HRIS (SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar)

Physical Demands:
This position requires extended periods of sitting while working at a computer, reviewing reports, conducting virtual meetings, and maintaining employee data in HR systems. The role also involves regular standing, walking, and moving between conference rooms and office areas during meetings, employee discussions, and training sessions. Frequent communication via phone, video conferencing, and in-person conversations is required. The employee must be able to travel periodically to other company locations, which may include travel by automobile or commercial air travel, and may occasionally lift or carry materials such as files, a laptop, or training materials up to approximately 15–20 pounds.
Work Environment:
The P&O (HR) Business Partner primarily works in a professional office or remote office environment supporting leadership and employees across multiple locations. The role requires periodic travel to company office locations for meetings, employee relations matters, training sessions, and business initiatives, including travel by car and occasional air travel. The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring frequent interaction with employees and leaders and the ability to manage multiple priorities and sensitive situations. Work hours may occasionally extend beyond normal business hours to support business needs, time-sensitive employee relations matters, or critical organizational initiatives.
