El Reto: Buscamos a un líder técnico con alta capacidad de coordinación para liderar y administrar la puesta en marcha de uno de los proyectos solares más importantes. Serás el encargado de gestionar pruebas, revisar ingenierías y asegurar que el proyecto cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad.
Requisitos del Perfil:
Formación: Universitario Titulado en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica Eléctrica, Electromecánica, de Energía o afines (Colegiatura deseable).
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años supervisando y gestionando la puesta en marcha en plantas fotovoltaicas, subestaciones (MT/AT), inversores, trackers y sistemas SCADA.
Conocimientos: Especialización en commissioning, protecciones eléctricas, control de proyectos y gestión HSEQ. Inglés técnico (lectura).
Licencia de Conducir: Brevete AI vigente y obligatorio (deberá conducir camioneta en proyecto).
Funciones Principales:
Liderar la puesta en servicio y administrar el Manual de Commissioning.
Revisar procedimientos de prueba (QCP), permisos y planificar actividades de energización y desconexión (LOTO).
Supervisar pruebas ejecutadas por contratistas (trackers, inversores, subestaciones, Performance Ratio) y emitir reportes o gestionar no conformidades.
