Descrição da vaga

  • Liderar processos de inventários cíclicos e expedição das plantas de CS, DSS e PTS;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das Instruções de Trabalho, Plano de Controle, Parâmetros de Processo relacionados à operação e qualidade do processo;
  • Suportar o grupo de trabalho em relação as não conformidades na operação e conduzir as tratativas para soluções;
  • Organizar/ Ordenar a área de trabalho, conforme padrões de 5’s estabelecido;
  • Conduzir DDS com o grupo de trabalho;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do seu grupo de trabalho;
  • Apoiar e participar do programa de sugestões CIM;
  • Participar e conduzir a participação dos seus liderados nas reuniões do Gemba;
  • Entender os indicadores da área, garantindo que a equipe que trabalha consigo conheça e saiba como contribuir para o atingimento das metas;
  • Conduzir reuniões com a equipe de assuntos à operação;
  • Realizar avaliação de desempenho de seus liderados;
  • Apoiar e incentivar ações de sustentabilidade no grupo de trabalho;
  • Apoiar e fomentar medidas de reduções de custos;
  • Garantir o comprimento da política da qualidade;
  • Ajustar cartão ponto dos seus liderados.

Qualificações

  • Formação acadêmica completa (Técnico ou Tecnólogo em Logística ou áreas afins);
  • Experiência em Logística na Indústria, sistema SAP, WMS são diferenciais;
  • Operação de empilhadeira;
  • Pacote office;
  • Noções em Logística.
