A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing employee competencies across the organization. You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve learning strategies to ensure alignment with both business needs and employee growth.

  • Facilitate classes for employee competency development.

  • Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure Training Quality Guidelines/Processes are followed.

  • Provide the necessary documentation for all classes facilitated.

  • Work with the L&D to catalyze improvement regarding employee personal and professional competency development, and its execution & application.

  • Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results

  • Analyze classroom feedback to improve facilitation techniques

  • Conduct training needs analysis and research new training initiatives

  • Design and develop instructional materials to support training objectives

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans

  • Revise and update existing training content as needed
