About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional to support the delivery and governance of leadership development and onboarding programmes across VOIS. This role plays a key part in creating an outstanding learner experience by facilitating leadership development initiatives for local and global audiences, delivering induction programmes, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of development interventions while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues.

What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery of a world-class learner experience across People Capability development initiatives, including induction and leadership development programmes.
  • Facilitate leadership development products for both local and global audiences, including virtual delivery.
  • Support the creation and implementation of high-impact learning interventions while promoting a digital-first learning culture.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for Learning & Development activities across VOIS.
  • Design and deliver soft skills and leadership development interventions to support capability growth.
  • Monitor participation and completion rates of learning interventions and support the globalisation of programmes where appropriate.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement learning solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with leaders and teams across VOIS.
  • Support governance activities related to leadership development programmes.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new joiners.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational environment, including at least 2 years delivering leadership development programmes.
  • Experience working within virtual, matrixed, and multinational organisations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to work proactively with minimal supervision while responding effectively to changing priorities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple activities simultaneously and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across all organisational levels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional learner and stakeholder experiences.
