Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated OR Services Leader to join the Labor and Delivery Unit. This role will be Full-time Night Shift: Full-time Night Shift: 40 hours per week, 2x12 and 2x8 hour shifts per week.. Relocation assistance available to eligible candidate.

OR Services Leader Job Responsibilities:
Leads Operating Room services to ensure efficient unit operations and optimal patient outcomes
Delivery safe, high-quality, and cost-effective preoperative care
Serves as clinical leader, liaison, and resource for assigned surgical specialty/unit
Ensures compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements, and Joint Commission standards
Identifies and implements cost-effective strategies without compromising patient safety
Promotes innovation and continuous improvement in preoperative nursing practices
Coaches and mentors staff, supporting clinical decision-making and professional development
Utilizes AORN tools and best practices to drive high-quality surgical care delivery
Collaborates on emergency preparedness, training, and unit-specific drills

Three years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) inpatient experience on a Labor and Delivery Unit.
Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred
