MISSION:

The L&D Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of learning programs and initiatives by managing logistics, systems, and coordination activities. This role ensures a seamless learning experience for employees by handling training operations, scheduling, and administrative processes while maintaining accurate training data and supporting continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES :

Learning Program Operations

  • Manage course and learning offering configurations in Workday, including class setup, scheduling, and participant enrollment.
  • Manage training room bookings and ensure availability, readiness, and proper setup for all learning activities
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring smooth coordination of sessions and resources for new hires
  • Manage training lesson submissions and handle registration with the Department of Skill Development (DSD), including tracking and following up on approval progress
  • Payment processing for external vendors, including invoice verification and follow-ups, as well as managing intercompany chargeback activities and processing payments related to L&D center operations.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for operational support employees, trainers, and vendors
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support learning delivery

Continuous Improvement

  • Support process enhancements to increase operational efficiency
  • Contribute ideas for improving learner experience and engagement

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years experience in L&D, HR, training coordination, or operations support

  • Experience working with LMS platforms is preferred

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Data tracking and reporting capability

  • Business Proficiency in English and Thai language
