WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Learning & Development Consultant is an individual contributor role positioned within People & Culture (P&C), responsible for supporting the execution and administration of global learning and development initiatives. The role plays a key part in ensuring employees are assigned mandatory and developmental trainings in a timely manner, tracking completion status, maintaining accurate learning records and providing reporting insights to stakeholders.
The primary goal of the role is to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of learning activities through effective administration, reporting and stakeholder collaboration. The consultant works closely with employees, managers, People Business Partners and the Lead Talent Development Consultant to streamline learning processes, improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational learning requirements.
In addition, the role supports continuous improvement of learning administration processes, reporting mechanisms and training governance frameworks to enhance the employee learning experience and strengthen organizational capability development.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in learning administration, HR operations or talent development coordination who enjoy working with systems, data, reporting and stakeholder management in a structured and process-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
1. Training Administration & Coordination
Manage end-to-end training assignment activities through the Learning Management System (LMS) or relevant platforms
Assign mandatory, compliance and developmental trainings to employees and target groups within defined timelines
Ensure training enrolments, learning paths and certifications are accurately maintained
Support scheduling and coordination of learning sessions, workshops and development programs
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to training assignments, access and completion status
2. Training Tracking & Compliance Monitoring
Monitor training completion status and follow up with employees and managers on pending trainings
Ensure compliance-related trainings are completed within established deadlines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation
Identify gaps, overdue trainings and non-compliance trends and escalate where required
Support audit and compliance requirements related to learning records and training documentation
3. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare regular and ad-hoc training reports, dashboards and learning metrics for stakeholders and leadership
Analyze learning data to identify trends, completion rates and operational challenges
Ensure accuracy and integrity of learning data across systems and reports
Support reporting requirements for compliance, leadership reviews and business updates
Assist in maintaining reporting templates, trackers and documentation standards
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Support
Liaise closely with the Lead Talent Development Consultant to support execution of learning strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with People Business Partners, managers and employees to ensure smooth learning operations
Support streamlining and standardization of learning administration processes
Assist in implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities within learning operations
Provide timely updates and communicate learning-related information to relevant stakeholders
5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability of learning administration processes
Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and knowledge articles related to training administration
Support governance and quality control activities for learning operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on employee learning experience and operational effectiveness
Ensure alignment with internal policies, compliance standards and organizational learning frameworks
WHAT WE VALUE

Technical Skills
LMS administration (assigning, tracking, maintaining learning paths and certifications)
Data management and reporting — building dashboards, trackers, and learning metrics
Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools for analysis and visualization
SOP and process documentation
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret learning data, identify trends, completion gaps, and non-compliance patterns
Attention to detail — accuracy in records, reports, and system data
Problem-solving in an operational/process-driven environment
Functional and Domain Skills
Learning & Development or HR operations experience
Training compliance monitoring and audit support
Understanding of talent development processes and governance frameworks
Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital learning tools
