Job Purpose:To handle the set of L&D related activities with vital impact on the department performance from which involvement in budget planning, setting and tracking mechanism, as well as crucial reporting responsibilities. In addition, to support in managing multilateral projects in complement with bank’s direction. Job Description:Multilateral Projects1-Implement multilateral projects in complement with bank’s direction and strategy and its involved related research activities as well as communications with internal and external stakeholders2-Support in setting a reporting and communication mechanism for updating related stakeholders with projects and initiatives progress.3-Assist in the development and implementation of Africa’s development programs in order to ensure compliance with the ultimate objectives and desired outcome of the programs with the bank’s strategic objectivesCommunication Planning and Management4-Implement the training activities and L&D events display on the different digital platforms of the bank in coordination with the branding department as well as updating them on the intranet to ensure consistency and that the right message is conveyed.5-Assist in setting a mechanism for continuous update of the L&D page to enclose the most recent data/information in order to ensure that it is compatible with the Bank’s image.6-Support in managing the L&D LMS functionality to ensure its efficiency being the core gateway for staff’s attainment of their developmental paths.L&D Governance & Reporting7-Participate in recommending improvements to policies, processes and procedures and manage its implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled across the bank’s different channels.8-Support in setting mechanisms to ensure the proper management of memos shared with the Management Committee, in terms of content review, share with concerned stakeholders, track approval cycle and maintenance of recording and tracking system.9-Support in meeting and gathering the needed reporting activities, such as internal audit reports, AML reports, as well as any other requirements of the CBE and external audit.Digital and Non-Conventional Enablement10-Support in the implementation of the E-learning plans and digital calendar gathered by the business in order to raise the staff’s awareness in a certain domain and support the business in order to reach its target audiences.11-Support in reports generations for digital and non-conventional activities , being regularly shared with the related concerned businesses12-Support in implementation of governance mechanism for vendors serving in digital and non-conventional offerings in terms of contracts and invoices released in order to ensure alignment with the set plans.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalentMinimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Training & DevelopmentProven experience and knowledge of the Banking and Financial industries Skills:Excellent command of English and Arabic LanguagesExcellent communication, presentation, negotiations and analytical skillsCreative and innovativeCapable of being able to inspire and motivate self & othersMust be competent in MS Office

Commercial International Bank was established in 1975 as a joint venture between the National Bank of Egypt (NBE, 51%) and the Chase Manhattan Bank (49%) under the name "Chase National Bank of Egypt”. Following Chase's decision to divest its equity stake in 1987, NBE increased its shareholding to 99.9%, changing the Bank’s name to Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E.
