The Developer Analyst Lead role collaborates with development, infrastructure and architecture teams to build and maintain technology solutions. They are responsible for updates to applications / technology platforms, setting up monitoring, responding to issues, troubleshooting and general maintenance of the systems.
They will partner with the team manager on contributing to and implementing the business strategy chosen for the team. They will demonstrate ownership of a high number of strategic tasks for the team.
They will act as the liaison for various IT (Information Technology) infrastructure, security, and development teams. Also responsible for addressing any requests, inquiries, and escalations from customers, help desk, or business partners.
We are looking for a DevEx (Developer Experience) Lead (12 + Years ) to drive engineering excellence and adoption across application teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (mandatory), software development, and modern engineering practices. This role will work closely with Development, Architecture, QA, and Security teams to improve developer productivity, establish best practices, and accelerate software delivery.
