About the Role:

The Learning and Development Coordinator (L&D Coordinator) is a Full-Time, 12month fixed term Maternity Cover Role with the potential for extension.

The L&D Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day activities of training for Wormall Group run smoothly. This role will be the first point of contact for all training enquiries and will aid all training participants with their schedule, bookings, and record training attendance. This role will also liaise with RTO’s for attendance confirmations and manage training invoices. The L&D Coordinator will ensure all training records; the training matrix and other training trackers/programs are always maintained and up to date to ensure compliance and best practice.

What your day will look like:

  • Process PWS, CTF, ADMS and other relevant Funding Claims for training.
  • Maintain the training calendar, manage training reminders, assist with bookings, mange training confirmations, maintain the training schedule and update payroll with attendance weekly.
  • Assist with filing of all relevant training documentation such as; certificates, repayment letters, training contracts and approvals into staff files and Employment Hero/Online Induction as required.
  • Triage enquiries for training requests and manage the training inbox
  • Update the Training Matrix with current expiries/changes as needed
  • Assist with and keep track of Cert III, Cert IV and Apprenticeship progress and attendance, update payroll accordingly (completions/withdrawals) and update Marketing quarterly for completion packs.
  • Update end of month report for L&D
  • Assist with Online Induction access and troubleshooting with employees.
  • Assist with ADHOC L&D activities as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience with scheduling training and managing bookings.
  • Previous experience with training administration tasks (invoicing, data entry etc).
  • High level of Excel and Outlook experience and knowledge (Knowledge of general Microsoft Office suite also desirable).
  • Have excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Work well under pressure and can deal with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and able to work with discretion.
  • Warm, friendly demeanor and able to assist a variety of people.

Skillset needed:

  • Drivers Licence
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service
  • Cert III Business Administration (Desirable)
  • Previous Experience with Programs and Systems such as Sage, Employment Hero & LMS Systems (Desirable)
  • Experience with CTF & ADMS Claims (Desirable)
  • Experience with Apprenticeships and Traineeship Management and associated processes.
