Leads implementation of the Builder Development Program within assigned regions to support the development of early career construction professionals. Coordinates program activities including curriculum delivery, participant rotations, coaching support, and development tracking. Partners with project teams, coaches, and business leaders to ensure consistent development experiences for participants. Serves as the primary regional contact for Builder Development Program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads implementation and administration of the Builder Development Program within assigned regions.
Coordinates program activities including participant rotations, learning sessions, and development tracking.
Facilitates program sessions and supports participant development through mentoring and coaching guidance.
Partners with project teams, coaches, and business leaders to ensure consistent program experiences.
Monitors participant progress and program feedback to support continuous improvement of the program.
Coordinates facilitators, guest speakers, and jobsite learning opportunities that support program objectives.
Serves as liaison between business units, program participants, and People Practices stakeholders.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
6–8 years of experience in construction operations, training, learning and development, or program management required.
Experience facilitating training or mentoring early career professionals preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
