Essential Requirements
- EU/UK citizenship or existing right to work in Ireland (mandatory)
- Qualified Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician with a recognised trade certificate (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on LCVs in a dealership or commercial workshop
- Proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of light commercial vehicles
- Experience with Renault, Fiat, or MAN vehicles (advantageous)
- Full, clean driving licence (truck licence an advantage)

As an LCV Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles. You’ll ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing, periodic checks, and general repairs on light commercial vehicles
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards
- Identify additional repair needs and report them to the service manager
- Complete digital and paper service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain high workshop standards of cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate effectively with the service team and management
- Uphold brand and company standards in every customer interaction
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent trade
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience in LCV servicing and repairs
- Experience working in a main dealership or commercial workshop
- Good working knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and systems
- Truck licence or experience with heavier commercial vehicles (advantageous)
