About Us:
Senior Psych Care (SPC) provides fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas. LCSW's provide individual, group and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting, set treatment plans, and provide in-services. They collaborate with the SPC psych team and nursing home staff to provide patient care.

Our teams are highly specialized, with Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/LPC's/LMFT's. The psychiatrists on staff not only provide supervision for the mid-levels but also evaluate and treat the patients. SPC practices continuity of care, rather than a triage approach. We also offer telehealth services when appropriate.

Senior PsychCare uses a unique collaborative care model to deliver psychiatric and psychological services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas. Working closely with the nursing home staff we achieve a better quality of life for seniors, staff, and their families.
Specific services offered include neuropsychological testing, management of psychotropic medications, advanced senior-specific telemedicine, and overall behavioral health. A key element of our service is the careful coordination with nursing home staff through regular behavioral health rounds, which allows us to ensure each patient is getting the collaborative care they need.
