Job Description

LC&S Shared Services Team comprises a pool of legal, commercial, and compliance professionals working in tandem to support Nokia’s Legal & Compliance function across various areas of responsibility. We aim to provide legal & commercial expertise to L&C across markets and functions, with a high standard of accountability and responsiveness. In doing so, we enable L&C to maximize value and focus on its most complex and mission-critical work

  • LC&Swill be responsible for the vetting of RFPs, drafting and rating of Global Framework Agreements, AMC/Managed Services Contracts, Statement of Compliance, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and back-to-back alignment of contracts with subcontractors for different markets and regions based on the inputs shared by internal stakeholders and keeping Nokia's interests protected and in line with the market requirements.
  • He/she shall be responsible for analyzing key commercial/ contractual risks in a contract from a legal, commercial, and services perspective and provide appropriate responses and advice on mitigating those risks.
  • Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries. Is aware of internal/external business issues & best practices in own discipline; applies to own role.
  • Interact with all relevant stakeholders on critical issues covered in the contractual documents.
  • Research the legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects as is the need of the business.
  • Good knowledge of leading CLM platform such as CLM, Conga, Sirion Labs, Icertis, Ironclad , Unitedlex, and emerging AI engines;
  • Ability to perform manual and auto-extraction of contract data through AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Data visualization tools resulting into contract management and interpretation.

You have:

  • Degree in law (Bachelor's/Master's) with 10-15 years of experience in contract management/ review/ negotiation.
  • Fluent in English, the second language Bahasa is a must.

  • Business understanding to achieve contractual transparency and accountability for risks as well as driving the Change Management Process to protect the Company’s interests.

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team. Ability to take initiatives to drive for excellence, handle pressure, and tight timelines

  • Good networking ability and social skills including the ability to handle internal and external contacts.
  • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic way of working. Willingness to learn and be sensitive to the dynamic nature of the business and the stakeholder/ customer expectations.
