Job Category: Learning Community Center (LCC)The Learning Community Center’s Program Assistant serves in an essential role to provide excellent customer service to fellow co-workers, program participants and any visitors.   The Program Assistant acts as an ambassador for the Learning Community Center (LCC).  Primary responsibilities include: clerical tasks, front desk responsibilities, driving the company mini-bus, assisting with the childcare duties of the Center and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) required, or the willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, with a clean driving record and completion of the Mini Bus Driver Safety class, required.
- Must be at least 26 years old.  (This is an insurance requirement for the LCC minibus.)
