Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage building construction works, mostly factory and warehouse type, to be completed in designated schedule.
• Be focal point till the project completion among Design team in Bangkok, Contractors, Supplier, Authorities, Maintenance and Sales team.
• Control variations if any to be within set budget and ensure quality of construction upto the company standard.
• Adopt technology and application available in the company platform to enhance performance of team and able to foresee progress and any troublesome in advance.
• Physically join monthly meeting in Bangkok once a month with own drive.
• Follow company policy in terms of KPI, Improvement program, and ESG program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Age 35-45 years and based in Rayong province.
• Experienced in Construction Project or Project Management at least 10 years, especially factory and warehouse projects.
• Systematically thinking in planning resources, budgeting, keeping project schedule on plan, and continuing looking for building improvement and value engineering.
• Friendly coordinating among key parties; Sales, Design, Maintenance and Tenants.
• Open-mind oriented to learn new technology and be flexible to adjust normal practices.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
