As Plant Layout Engineer, you are responsible for developing and coordinating layout solutions for your assigned plant area. You act as a technical integrator between disciplines and interfaces, ensuring that design inputs, layout requirements and project constraints are combined into a safe, functional and buildable solution.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Develop and optimize layout concepts for systems and equipment in retrofit and new-build projects
· Act as technical integrator for layout-related inputs and interfaces across disciplines
· Coordinate layout data and design inputs with internal teams, suppliers and engineering partners across locations
· Prepare, update and review key layout deliverables and 3D model content
· Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability within your assigned project area
· Contribute to project delivery through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an international engineering environment
· Knowledge of Aveva E3D (formerly PDMS), Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
· 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design for power, oil & gas, or industrial facilities, with expertise in structural and mechanical design, piping routing and equipment arrangement
· Proven track record in developing layout concepts for complete plants, including technical risk assessment and solution development
· Fluent in English and Italian; German or French is a plus
· Self-driven, pragmatic and confident communicator with a strong focus on delivering solutions

Compensation
•Basic wage component (gross): 48000
•This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
