当事務所は、2020年4月に日本の大手法律事務所としては初めて、当事務所所属の孫櫻倩(Sun, Ing-Chian)台湾弁護士により台湾の台北市に事務所(正式名称：西村朝日台灣法律事務所)を開設いたしました。
台湾事務所では、国際金融法務やM&A関連の証券取引法務を多く取り扱ってきた張勝傑(Chang, Sheng-Chieh)台湾弁護士をはじめ、経験豊富な現地弁護士らが、日本企業による対台投資、日台企業間における各種M&A、ジョイントベンチャーおよびビジネスアライアンス、日台双方に関わる倒産・事業再生、ならびに日台間における各種紛争対応等に関し、東京事務所における台湾プラクティスチームともシームレスに連携し、日台間の法制度の相違もふまえたきめ細かいリーガルサービスを提供しています。
また、日本企業が台湾企業と手を携えて東南アジアへの投資や事業展開を図るケースが近時増加している中、台湾事務所ではこうしたケースについても、当事務所のアジア各国における拠点網を活かして、円滑かつタイムリーにサポートさせていただく体制を整えています。

■求める要件：
・M&Aや一般的企業法務の経験を有する方
・法律事務所での執務経験もしくはインハウスでのご経験を有する方
・日本語検定N1レベル、英語TOEIC800以上の方の応募を歓迎します
