Your missions

As Senior Associate, Corporate, you will be:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction-related documents and corporate agreements
• Taking a leading or central role in transaction execution, including signing and completion stages
• Delivering ongoing legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and operational matters
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas and international offices to provide integrated solutions to clients
• Participating in business development initiatives, thought leadership and market visibility efforts
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Engaging in knowledge sharing, legal training and practice development activities

Your ideal profile

We are looking for candidates with meaningful experience in corporate transactions and corporate law, typically gained over approximately 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience within an international law firm environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Qualification (or near-qualification) as a lawyer in Luxembourg or another European jurisdiction
• Strong track record advising on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructuring matters
• Solid grounding in corporate law principles and transactional work
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to legal issues
• Fluent English (written and spoken); working knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
