We're looking for a Lawyer to join our Real Estate team in Perth whilst we are in an exciting period of growth.
Working closely with Clare van Drunen, you'll get hands-on experience across a varied and challenging mix of development and investment matters. You will be responsible for managing reasonably sized property transactions and will be encouraged to foster great client relationships, both externally and internally. This role will provide exposure to an interesting variety of development and investment matters, ranging from major commercial property development and project work to significant joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments across different asset classes. You'll also partner with a variety of teams in our Perth office including our Corporate, Energy and Resources and Environment teams.

Our national Real Estate team is a key player in many of Australia's most significant and complex property projects.
We act for renewable energy clients, local, national and foreign institutional investors, property fund managers, government authorities, REITs and developers. Together, they're delivering some of the largest and most exciting projects in the country. We're the firm of choice for major projects in urban renewal, infrastructure, sustainability, sale and leaseback, and joint ventures.
