About the Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join our Property Practice.

• The team offers a comprehensive range of legal services across the full spectrum of property work.
• We typically act for developers (listed and private companies), investors, owners, landlords and property fund managers.
• This role will see you heavily involved in complex property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, land subdivisions and property development including due diligence, syndication and transaction structuring. These matters are across various industries including residential, commercial, retail, manufacturing and retirement villages.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

The successful candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in Property Law
with at least 2 years' experience working for a reputable firm within a Property team.

In addition, you are known for your technical ability, client experience mentality as well as
your positive and self-starting attitude.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records
Check.
