As our newColleague, you will:

• Deal withwide range ofregulatoryissues forfinancial serviceclients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintechcompaniesandothers

• Take part inmultidisciplinaryinternationalprojectsforlarge financial institutions across different countries

• Contribute to developmentoffinancial servicerisk, regulatory, complianceand legalpracticewithin PwC Lithuania

• Assistclients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other)

You are our perfect candidate if you:

• Haveat least3-5 yearsof legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage)

• Have a backgroundor strong understandingwithinfinancial serviceregulatory,risk managementandcomplianceareas(experienceinBanking and Financelaw orcorporatelawshall be considered an advantage)

• Have a law degree (preferred), but business management, economics or similar fields are also considered.

• Have excellentdrafting skills

• Are proficient in Lithuanian and Englishlanguages

• Have aproactive approach inteamwork,reliability,and responsiveness

• Have strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 3000 EUR to5000 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
