About the
Opportunity

We are seeking a
Lawyer to join our growing Family Law team in the Melbourne office. You
will work directly with experienced Principals Natalie Fielding and Brendan
Herbert, supported by a skilled and collaborative team.

This is a highly
supportive and hands-on role, offering exposure to a broad range of complex
family law matters. You will play an active role in managing files and working
closely with clients during what can often be challenging and sensitive times.

Key
responsibilities:

• Divorce
  and separation matters.
• Parenting
  and child custody arrangements.
• Property
  settlements and financial agreements.
• Drafting
  court documents and correspondence.
• Attending
  client meetings, mediations, and court (where appropriate).

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Admission
  to practice law in Victoria.
• Experience in
  parenting, property, or financial matters.
• A
  genuine interest in practising in family law.
• Strong
  problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• A
  strong client‑focused mindset and a passion for achieving commercially sound
  outcomes.
• Excellent
  communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
• The
  ability to work autonomously with appropriate support, as well as
  collaboratively.
