The Opportunity

We are looking for a strong 1-2 PQE Lawyer to join our highly successful Corporate practice group. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers as well as our Growth, Tech and Marketing teams to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and general commercial contracts.

This position is ideal for a mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced: At least 1 year of corporate law experience in a reputable law firm. Additional experience with general commercial contracts will be highly valued.
• Attentive: Brilliant attention to detail - nothing ever slips through the cracks.

• Commercial: Demonstrates business acumen and cares about business growth (including helping to grow LegalVision further).
