About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our market-leading Defendant Workers Compensation Insurance practice.

You will be exposed to all facets of workers compensation, statutory disputes, damages claim and recovery claims.

This role is a growth role, offering the opportunity for career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment.

About the team

As one of the most highly regarded defendant Insurance practices in Sydney, we have an enviable list of insurer, employer and government clients, who seek our legal assistance in all aspects of workers compensation.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2 to 4 years' post-admission experience in defendant Workers Compensation claims including statutory disputes and work injury damages matters. We are happy to consider candidates who are working in-house at an Insurance company in this space.
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to manage workflow and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
  • An interest in learning about/understanding our clients and their business.
