Mission

Protects and defends the company's interests by ensuring compliance with legal provisions, regulations and internal rules.

Main Responsibilities

• Supports operational staff and other support services: provides answers to questions asked by operational or functional departments
• In contractual matters: analyzes files, assesses risks, proposes solutions, designs set-ups, drafts documentation, participates in negotiations, etc.
• In matters of litigation: analyzes the issues and proposes a litigation strategy, coordinates the various legal actions, proposes levels of provisions, etc.
• Ensures a regulatory watch in his/her area of speciality: monitors the development of regulations and case law at several levels (local, national, European, international), conducts localised and specific studies
• Coordinates the action of external consultants (legal professions, forensic experts, etc.)
