Whatyou’lldo asa Lawyer:

• Provideday-to-day commercial legal adviceto operationsin the UK,Irelandand Nordics, partnering closely with sales, engineering, and project teams.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including MSAs, frameworks, and major project agreements).

• Support complex projects, including construction, infrastructure, and energy/EPC work

• Enable the business by taking a practical,solutions-led approach to risk and contract management.

• Work cross-functionally to support growth, helping teams deliver commercially sound outcomes.

You are:

• A qualified lawyer (5+ PQE or equivalent experience) with strong commercial contracting skills

• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with a “can-do” mindset

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to new areas of work

• A team playerand down-to-earth, able to build relationships across all levels of the business

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors
