Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Team Leaders on a wide range of legal and operational matters, including Corporate, Commercial, IP, Employment, Gaming, and Fintech.

• Drafting, reviewing, and approving agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

• Providing legal advice and assisting with corporate transactions and restructuring exercises.

• Conducting legal research, preparing briefs on various points of law, and consolidating legal opinions for clients.

• Providing legal advisory and interpretation services to management to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

• Managing administrative and organisational tasks, including scheduling, document management, follow-ups, and project tracking.

• Attending client meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate support for ongoing matters.

• Undertaking any additional duties that fall within the scope of the role as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with a warrant to practise under Maltese law.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Commercially minded and enthusiastic individual capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
