
We are seeking a remarkable Lawyer to join our growing Corporate practice in our Perth office
This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join our market-leading Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team in Perth. You will work closely with our highly regarded Corporate Partners and a team of experienced lawyers who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and fostering the professional growth of their team.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, providing advice in equity capital markets, ASX listings, control transactions, takeover responses and corporate advisory matters. Working alongside experienced and recognised market leaders in the Perth corporate space with deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border transactions, you will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating corporate transactions. This is a hands-on role that will provide you with the opportunity to work on high-profile and emerging clients and complex, market-leading deals with a particular focus on the resources sector including critical minerals.
