Key Responsibilities

• Managing personal injury files, focusing on medical negligence claims from lodgment to resolution
• Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
• Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and hearings
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Contributing to team efforts to manage and grow your caseload efficiently
• Bringing a positive attitude and practical judgment to problem-solving and case management

Who We Are Looking For

• 0 to 3 years PQE, with a genuine interest in plaintiff medical negligence law
• No specific experience in medical negligence required — just a strong work ethic, practical judgment, and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
• Team player with a positive outlook and a desire to make a difference
