Job Description

Job Location: CARC - Lake City, FL 32025
Job Shift: AnySUMMARY
Have basic knowledge or have the ability to be trained to operate lawn maintenance equipment provided by CARC lawn maintenance division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate a professional manner (attendance, punctuality, grooming, positive attitude, etc.) which creates a role model for clients.
Promote, establish, and maintain a therapeutic and supportive environment.
Demonstrate flexibility necessary to maximize productivity.
Project a positive image of the Association as reflected to customers, general public, co-workers and clients.
Perform duties in an efficient and safe manner.
Demonstrate efficient, safe use of Association and customer property, vehicles, and equipment. Prioritize training in preventive maintenance and safety on all equipment used.
Assist with maintenance and repair of Association facilities, equipment, and vehicles. Ensure all equipment is safe, serviced and prepared for the next days use.
Submit accurate documentation (payment records, etc.) as required by specific deadlines.
Scope of services are performed to the satisfaction of the customer.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is a primary concern.
Ensure job performance is based on the expectation of the customer at the beginning of the contact.
Lawn maintenance employee duties as per customer request which include but are not limited to the items listed below:
- Mowing of grassy area
- Weed-eating and edging
- Trimming of shrubs and hedges
- Mulching
- Weeding
- Ranking of leaves
- Blowing off sidewalks and/or driveways
- Pick up limbs and litter
All lawn maintenance performed will only include the items decided upon at the start of the contract.
Seek opportunities to represent the association in the public.
Promote compliance with Association rules and regulations. Work toward a consistent team approach with Association staff.
Attend all In-Service and mandatory Training if necessary.

Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Executive Director.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
Valid State of FL driver's license with safe driving record. Must be able to drive company vehicle (truck and trailer).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance. Meet guidelines of good morale character and FDLE background screening.
