Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns.

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care.

• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions.

• Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently.

• Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships.

• Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too).

• Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do.

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
