NatureWorks is looking for a Lawn & Plant Health Care Specialist to join our growing team. Whether you already have experience in lawn and plant health care or are looking for an opportunity to learn and build a career in the landscape industry, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will help care for some of the area's premier residential landscapes by monitoring the health of lawns and plants, identifying potential problems, performing treatments, and recommending solutions that keep our clients' properties looking and performing their best.
Previous lawn or plant health care experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train a motivated, dependable candidate who is eager to learn.

As a Lawn & Plant Health Care Specialist, you will:
You don't need to know everything about lawn and plant health care on your first day. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
A successful candidate will:
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, plant health care, agriculture, grounds maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous professional lawn care, plant health care, landscaping, horticulture, or pesticide application experience is a plus.
No specific number of years of industry experience is required. We are open to candidates with limited experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Training will be provided to help the right candidate develop the technical knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the position.
